Meet our Pastry Chef, LJ!
I am ten-years-old and I enjoy baking cheesecakes. My cheesecakes are delicious! In the future, I would like to one day become an astronaut and/or a fire-fighter. Some of the proceeds I earn from this business, will help fund my college career and my desire to become an astronaut. I also enjoy learning martial arts.

The Beginning
LJ'S CHEESECAKE FRENZY was founded in February of 2024. LJ enjoys baking and cooking dishes that leaves friends and family in dessert heaven.

PICK UP AND DELIVERY
LJ'S CHEESECAKE FRENZY - Your One-Stop Destination for Desserts
Orders must be placed a minimum of 24 hours in advance for next day. Payment is due at the time your order is placed. (PLEASE SPECIFY WHEN YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR ORDER TO BE READY, currently Saturdays and Sundays only). Orders must be picked up within 24 hours of promise date to guarantee freshness. We also offer doorstep delivery for your convenience with a $6.00 delivery fee. We currently only deliver in St. Clair County, IL. Cheesecake must be kept refrigerated for maximum freshness.
